Beautiful Bali: The morning after

The hotel we stayed in was a cosy little place. There was a swimming pool there and unless it was ancient like the Kuttam Pokuna, the 4th century Singhalese swimming pool decorated with flights of steps, punkalas or pots of abundance and scroll design of the kingdom of Anuradhapura, you'd not probably give it a second glance. We woke up in Bali early the next morning and had had the free breakfast provided by the hotel. Sitting there in the little space opposite the swimming pool, munching the not-so-tasty noodles, one'd probably get some delights from just watching the ornamental plants around the pool and the coziness that the little place exudes. It would defintely be delightful to take a dip in the pool!

Besides noodles, guess what else we had for breakfast?

You must have watched, what's that B-grade movie with Jon Voight as a baddie - Anaconda?
