Our plane touched down at Kunming in the evening. Just in time for dinner. A local lady approached our group and ended up introducing us to a restaurant where we had the most expensive mushroom soup in our life. Then, it was back to the hotel where I had a good night sleep. Morning came and had a simple noodle breakfast. Explored the vicinity. People were exercising in the park, going to work; and besides MacDonald, I was surprised to see a Muslim eating shop. Was further surprised and impressed too, to find many buildings with what I thought, were solar panels on the rooftops....
