This is one of my favourite Beatles songs! This version includes the choir too, I think they invited them in from the street to record the track! I think Spector used this version, omitted the choir and added strings on a seperate track.
As to your Youtube problems, it's probably because the video has been deleted. You can get around that by downloading the video. I did a post about how to do that some while ago in my tips and tricks category. After you download them, you can add a Flv player to your site, then use them to play the videos.
