Borneo Break: Going wild over a Chinese temple

You could say that we went practically wild over a Chinese temple in the suburbs of Sibu. We caught a glimpse of this pretty thing and Mau Wei asked me to take a shot of it with my camera. I tried but then she drove past the temple too fast. So, on our return journey, was I delighted indeed when Mau Wei deliberately made a stop there. While Amber and I explored the temple grounds, Mau Wei stayed in the car and stole a wink. She did not sleep well the night before. The temple was definitely a beautiful sight but it was obvious that constructions was still going on in the vast temple grounds. I suppose the place would be prettier the next time around and could end even as a major tourist attraction. It also looked as if Mau Wei was going to catch a fever or something and when we resumed the journey, I had to take over the wheels...

A beautiful Chinese temple in Sibu...

Really very beautiful and happy building. But -as in Neaples- there is nobody to clean nearby...
