Strawberries, red and sweet, are a delight to the taste buds. Strawberries, the garden hybrid variety commonly known as pineapple strawberry, or ananas strawberry is grown worldwide. In the 1750s, there was already a strawberry garden in Britany, France and the concept must have spread round the world like fire. In the tropics, one now can find strawberries in the highlands where the climate is cooler. Just like there are strawberries in Strawberry Park Resort in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, there are strawberries to be found too in Bali, in the Bedugul area. Take delight in having a strawberry shake, a strawberry waffle and even strawberries with ice cream when in Bali, rain or shine. We had ours when it rained!
