While travelling on the highway to Chuxiong, we came across a big billboard proclaiming the World Dinosaur Valley as a pride of the area. The north has the terracotta warriors, the south has the World Dinosaur Valley; the billboard proclaimed something along this line... It was near evening when we saw the billboard and we had to wait for the next day before we could step on it. Then, we were at the grand entrance of the World Dinosaur Valley in Lufeng; waiting for the ticket counter to open. There wasn't many people initially but when the crowd trickled in gradually, we had to queue up for our entrance tickets. ..
