It was six in the morning and the sky was still dark when I woke up in Kampung Slim. Ah Heng and I had to catch a bus from Tanjung Malim to Kuala Lumpur and then take a bus from KL Sentral to LCCT where we would catch an AirAsia flight to Denpasar, the capital city of the province of Bali, Indonesia. Public transport is scarce to find in a little town like Kampung Slim especially in the wee morning but touch wood! Ah Heng had arranged to hitch a ride with a neighbour who would be driving out to Tanjong Malim. That was rather thoughful of Ah Heng and very kind of the neighbour - Thanks, and Bali, just you wait!Traveling Tip: Start Early!
