In Scotland, perhaps it's only right that you pay a visit to the little village in Argyll & Bute, Luss; which is itself within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park . Luss is on the west bank of Loch Lomond to be exact. The sky was dark and gloomy when we arrived but we did get to walk along the banks of Loch Lomond and took a few photos of the calm lake before it began to drizzle and then, pour. My friends and I ran for shelter in a little shop where we each got a little gift from the owner; a fortune cookie if I remember right. Of course, we got to see Luss' picturesque cottages and their exquisite gardens. I suppose we did not miss the main outdoor location for the Scottish Television drama series, Take the High Road.
