There was an evening when we had nothing better to do in Krabi. It seemed to drizzle quite a lot and when the rain stopped, we would take the opportunity to explore our hotel and the vicinity. That Krabi was cut out to be a tourist spot was evident. Never mind some ugly buildings in the street; some spots seemed spruced out for tourists to pose for pictures. There were many more quaint guest houses near where we stayed with cute little ornamental gardens; and somewhere in between, there was a place where we could go for a massage and get cheap mango juice. An evening well spent!
