Dream of Redlands: God's palette

It's quiet in Dongchuan. You don't get to see the hustle and bustle of city life and there's no shopping to talk of; no stalls selling souvenirs or T-shirts; and don't dream of buying vegetables or flowers like in Cameron Highlands or some other highland getaway. I suppose four days would be enough in Dongchuan. If you arrive before noon, you get to check in the hotel, have lunch, rest a little before going sightseeing in the afternoon. There are various places with names like Sunset Valley, Music Hollow, River Snail Bay, Tiled House Bridge, Hit Horse Hole, Embroidery Garden to visit but basically they are different vintage spots to see the same thing; God's palette - a wide spread of coloured fields with blue mountains looming in the background...
